A pool company that stayed focused
Pool Service eXperts is an owner-led maintenance company serving inground pools across the Upstate of South Carolina. We chose one lane and got very good at it.
Why maintenance only
Most pool companies take everything that comes through the door — builds, renovations, liner swaps, equipment installs, and routine service somewhere at the bottom of the list. It's an understandable way to run a business. It's also why so many homeowners get skipped in July.
Chad McKinney built Pool Service eXperts the other way. Recurring maintenance is the product, not the leftover. Our routes are planned around it, our trucks are stocked for it, and our technicians are trained on the equipment that keeps the water right — especially salt systems, which most companies still treat as an afterthought.
The result is unglamorous and exactly what you want: the same technician, the same day, balanced water, and a service report in your inbox confirming it's done.
