Why should I pay for pool service instead of doing it myself?

Because your time and your equipment are both worth more than the monthly fee. A pool that drifts out of balance eats liners, stains plaster, burns out salt cells and can go cloudy in a weekend. We keep the chemistry steady, catch equipment problems early, and hand you back your Saturdays. Most customers tell us the service pays for itself the first time we prevent a repair.

Do you service above ground pools?

No. We service inground pools only. Focusing on inground pools lets us stock the right chemicals, train on the right equipment and keep our routes tight enough to show up when we say we will.

What service plans do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Three: weekly full service, bi-weekly salt pool service, and a chemicals-only plan starting at $150 a month where we test and balance the water while you handle the cleaning. Bi-weekly is available for salt pools only. On the chemicals-only plan, chemicals are billed as an additional monthly fee.

Do you do leak detection?

We can identify obvious leaks at the equipment pad and plumbing during service and repair them where it makes sense. For structural leak detection in the shell or buried lines, we'll point you to a specialist we trust — we'd rather refer it out than guess with your pool.

Do you have a referral program?

Accepted Answer

We do. Refer a friend who signs up for recurring service and you get half off one month of your service. Word of mouth is how most of our route was built.

How do I pay, and can I see my service history?

Accepted Answer

Billing and your service history live in your customer portal. You'll get a login where you can see every visit, view your chemistry readings, update your card and manage your account.

How will I know when my pool has been cleaned?

Accepted Answer

You get an "on the way" text message before your technician arrives, and an emailed service report once the visit is complete. No guessing, no calling the office to ask whether the tech came by.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Recurring service is month to month. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into a year.
